Helping Hands Committee

The Helping Hands committee provides assistance to families who have recently had a new baby, a health problem, or have lost a family member

Meal scheduling calendar

You can schedule yourself to deliver a meal to a neighbor below. There are different colors on the calendar for each family that is receiving meals so that it is easier to see where we may have gaps.

1. Click on the date you wish to provide meals. (Click on the number, not the white box below.)
2. On the page that appears, select the name of the family for whom you will be providing a meal in the "category" selector
3. Put your name in for the "calendar text".
4. In the "popup text or url link" box, please provide contact information (email and/or phone number).
5. Click the "submit" button. All other fields can be left blank or at their default setting.
6. Click "View Calendar" in the upper left hand corner of the resulting page to see the entire calendar again.

You can edit or delete an entry by clicking on the date, selecting the entry on the subsequent page, and following the steps above.
